THINK TENSILE STRUCTURES AND YOU’LL THINK SERGE FERRARI.
THINK INNOVATIVE DESIGN AND YOU’LL THINK SERGE FERRARI.
THINK REVOLUTIONARY MATERIALS, AND YOU’LL THINK SERGE FERRARI.
In the early 1970’s, Serge Ferrari developed Précontraint® manufacturing technology which enabled them to manufacture composite membranes. In doing so, Serge Ferrari challenged traditional architectural design and disrupted traditional construction methods.
Based in France, Serge Ferrari’s groundbreaking composite materials are lightweight but exceptionally strong. They have changed the way things are designed, and the way that things are made.
Serge Ferrari supplies Synchron with their trademark Précontraint® PVC that is used for architecture and solar protection.
While their composite membranes are stable and resilient, they are also flexible, highly adaptive and versatile. They can be seen throughout the world on structures ranging from aircraft and military hangars to retail shopping centres, from shipping terminals to sports halls and stadiums, and from mining equipment, coal storage and general warehouses to permanent and relocatable factories.
You will see Serge Ferrari’s footprint on industries that create: tensile structures, tented camps, solar protection, building facades, signage, marine-orientated products, security mesh and acoustic insulation.
