Industrial and Event Structures

Precontriant 502S and 702S

The products offer exceptional dimensional stability due to the Precontraint technology. The Formula S surface treatment offers easier maintance. The S formula is made of an alloy of Fluorinated and acrylic resins. This allows for easier maintance over time. The membrane looks “new” for a longer period and the building benefits from real aesthetic appeal. The Formula S delivers excellent weldability to simplify panel assembly. Strong welds are vital for structures that have to stand temperature extremes and heavy loads.

Translucent 502S and 702S

This product is extremely white and creates high levels of natural light. These products offer the following:

  • Extra comfort and ideal working conditions
  • A more secure interior (no dark, shady zones)
  • A pleasant interior atmosphere (natural daylight)
  • 590 grams (502S)
  • 750 grams (702S)

Opaque 502S and 702S

These products are a 100% opaque and are extraordinarily lightweight. These products offer the following:

  • Protection against UV rays for the storage of sensitive products
  • Thermal comfort
  • 670 grams (502S)
  • 830 grams (702S)

Textile Architectures

Precontraint 1002/1202/1302/1502

The products offer exceptional dimensional stability due to the Precontraint technology Ferrari pioneered the use of PVDF fluoropolymer treatments in textile architectural membranes. This PVDF concentration maximizes the fabric’s anti-ageing and pollution resistant properties.

The Fluotop T2 is a high concentration of PVDF, which is non-weldable formulation, available only in white colour. This special construction achieves the highest levels of UV resistance and preservation of original appearance. The main advantages to using these products:

  • The significant concentration of PVDF in the top coat makes cleaning so much easier.
  • Optimal calibration has resulted from over 10 years of experimentation and experience with composite membranes using various PVDF concentration levels.

Metallic finishes

Titanium based “Metallic” treatments, applied in the form of coated particles, were originally in automotive technologies. This process guarantees composite textile surfaces are highly abrasion resistant. The Gold, Copper and Pearl colours in the “Metallic” range gives buildings the appearance of metals, while offering broader shape flexibility and the light weight strength properties found only in composite textiles. Important: “Metallic” colours are not compatible with PVDF treatments.
