Cold Foil Transfers win at design flexibility, speed of application,

reduced turnaround times and subtle hues.

The process of applying cold foil transfers makes use of ultraviolet-curable adhesive and pressure. Cold foil transfers are effectively applied as a “fifth” colour.

Cold foil transfers are compatible with most printing machines and unless blind embossing is required, there is no need for a separate print run.

Standard colours for cold foil transfers are limited, but custom colours can be achieved by overprinting base gold, silver, diffractive patterned or holographic cold foils.

Cold foils are not limited to metallic foils and therefore can also be printed as transparent holographic foils.
